Returns and refunds

Returns are handled through your Echovira account. Log in (or enter your email for a one-click magic link if you checked out as a guest), go to your order, and click Request return. For defective, wrong, or damaged items we cover return shipping.

How it works

Go to your account at gallery.echovira.com/account (or click the link in your order email).
Find the order and click “Request return”. Select the item and the reason.
For defective, damaged, or wrong-item orders we email you a free prepaid return label. For all other reasons you’ll ship back at your own cost.
Once received and inspected, your refund or store credit is issued — usually within 3–5 business days.

Return window. Request a return within 30 days of delivery. If a different window appears on the product page, that window applies.

Return shipping. We cover the return label for defective, damaged-in-transit, and wrong-item orders. For all other reasons (changed mind, wrong size, etc.) return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Restocking fee. A 15% restocking fee applies to changed-mind and buyer-error returns. No fee for defective, damaged, or wrong-item claims.

Resolution options. Choose a refund to your original payment method or store credit. Store credit is issued on approval; card refunds post after the item is received and inspected at our fulfillment center.

Inspection required. All returned items are inspected by our fulfillment partner before a refund is issued. Items must match the condition described in the request.

Non-returnable items. Final sale items, custom or personalized products, and digital goods cannot be returned. Any restrictions shown on the product page apply.
