Returns and Refunds

Eligible items may be returned within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery unless a different return window is shown at checkout or on the product page.

Eligible reasons. Eligible reasons include no longer needed, item not as described, defective or damaged product, wrong item, missing parts or accessories, and certain delivery or logistics issues.

Return condition requirements. To be accepted, returned items must meet all of the following:

  • Item is unused and unworn
  • Original tags are attached
  • Item is free of stains, odors, or damage

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.

How to start a return. Log in to your account at gallery.echovira.com/account, find the order, and click Request return. Guests receive a one-click magic link via their order email. For damaged, defective, wrong, or not-as-described items, include clear photos or video.

Return shipping. We provide a free prepaid return label for defective, damaged, or wrong-item orders. For all other return reasons, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Restocking fee. A 15% restocking fee applies to returns for buyer-preference reasons (changed mind, wrong size, wrong color, ordered by mistake). No restocking fee for defective, damaged, or wrong-item returns.

Refunds. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once a return is not required or after we receive and inspect an approved return — usually within 3–5 business days.

Non-returnable and final sale items. Some products cannot be returned, including collectibles, pre-owned items, virtual goods, and items marked final sale. Restrictions shown on the product page apply. Non-returnable items may still qualify for support where required by law, or where the product is damaged, defective, wrong, or not as described.
